I’ve recently been concentrating on celebrating our beautiful British landscape so new pieces are reflecting this with some screen printing creeping into smaller Cotswold pieces, there are also some new Tuscan landscapes and ideal for Christmas presents that won’t break the bank are the new ‘mini pics’.
Just for You
Don’t forget if you want a unique bespoke representation of your favourite landscape then I’m happy to discuss commissioned pieces.

Is there anyone that could do something crafty for children at Woburn’s Oyster Festival this year? Sue from the Knitting Hut will be there for one day of knitting, but the organisers would like someone for the other day. The Festival takes place on the first weekend in September and there are usually 1500 to 2000 visitors depending on weather so would be good publicity for someone…
If you would like to be involved, or know someone who could help, please let us know and we will pass on your details, or email
email@example.com for more information

It’s that time of year again – The Festival of Quilts is on at the NEC in Birmingham from 17th -19th August.
This event is organised by Twisted Thread, with the support of the Quilters Guild of the British Isles, and has earned a reputation over the past nine years as the largest, most inspiring quilting event in Europe.
The Festival of Quilts is not just an exhibition. There are gallery exhibitions from leading international artists and groups and a huge range of patchwork & quilting supplies under one roof – with over 250 companies selling unique, hard-to-find patchwork and quilting supplies!
There is also The Quilt Academy with a stunning programme of nearly 100 masterclasses, workshops and lectures, and the Quick & Easy workshops provide another 154 sessions aimed at beginners.
If you have enough energy left after gazing in wonder at the exhibitions and trawling around the stands, the fun continues in the evening with some fabulous entertainment; a Bollywood night, fashion shows, Shakespeare, a cruise on the Avon – lots to choose from. There’s so much to do you’ll leave buzzing with ideas and inspiration!
This is my favourite exhibition every year. We’ll be there on 17th – hope to see you too!
